What is a phone or WhatsApp consultation suitable for?
It is suitable for follow-up after a visit, general advice, and showing the doctor test reports.
What is it not suitable for?
A child who is seriously unwell must be examined in person. A phone or WhatsApp consultation is not suitable in these situations.

- Any child with difficulty breathing
How do I start one?
Call or send a WhatsApp message to 0334 7563474. Give your child's name and age and describe the problem briefly. Ask about the fee when you message.
